Could you maybe post a link explaining this prank that has people upset? I'm sure it is a british thing and makes total sense to most of your readers, but I know nothing of it.

I read your blog most of the time, but from this post all I could understand was Manuel from Fawlty Towers was somehow involved. And I know lots of Fawlty Tower fans, so is this something we need to hear about?
